Obamacare

Healthcare Finger on the Pulse

I’ve seen articles, blogs, ABC infomercials, and rallies on Obama’s desire to have government run health care.  As you probably know I constantly wonder how, and why, politicians keep spending our hard-earned money.  The politicians need to stop spending or the dollar will continue to fall and they will bankrupt this great country.  By permitting politicians to spend and spend we are allowing them to take away our rights and freedoms.

All of the price estimates I’ve heard for the health care price tag are between $1 – $1.5 TRILLION DOLLARS?!

If politicians really want to save our children then CUT SPENDING and GET OUT of our health care system.

Of all the things sources of information / facts I’ve seen on government run health care the best one can be found here on the TSN website.  It goes through a few reasons why it would be a TERRBILE option.  Please, print out multiple copies and give them to your family and friends.  Read it, learn the facts, and tell people.

In Montana we have a unique opportunity because Senator Baucus is one of the main decision makers on this issue.  Please join me and call, email, and write Baucus’ office.  His constituents need to let him know we CANNOT AFFORD a government takeover of health care… the LAST THING we want is government getting involved trying to “fix” anything!!!

Whenever I think of government health care I think of President Reagan’s quote, “the nine most terrifying words in the English language are: ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”

As a quick aside, the cartoon at the top of the post and the cartoon on the ABC infomercial here were done by a cartoonist William Warren.  William works with Americans for Limited Government and is the BEST political cartoonist I’ve seen.  I HIGHLY recommend following his cartoons, which seem to come out a few times a week.
